Bidstation End User License Agreement
Carefully read the following terms and conditions before installing Bidstation software. Installing this software indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. This agreement applies to you, your organization and any subsequent licensee of this software program. If you, an authorized representative of the licensing organization, do not agree to the agreement terms, you must not proceed with installation. If you have purchased a license for Bidstation software and you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

AuctionZoom®, Ltd. retains ownership and Copyright © of this software program ("Bidstation"®). This software is licensed to your organization for use under the following conditions:
1. License
AuctionZoom ltd., ("AuctionZoom") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to install and use the Bidstation product defined as Bidstation ("Bidstation") subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. You are responsible for the selection of the proper quantity of equipment to achieve your intended results.
2. Copyright
Bidstation software is owned by AuctionZoom and is protected by Canadian and United States of America copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You must treat the Bidstation like other copyrighted material with the following exception: under this agreement, you may make copies of the Bidstation and install it on multiple machines for the purpose of running your organization’s fundraising event auctions. You may also make a copy for the purpose of having a backup copy. You may not share or loan your licensed copy of Bidstation with another organization or chapter for their use. You are asked to direct them to contact AuctionZoom to obtain a license for their own use by visiting www.auctionzoom.com.
3. Restrictions on use
You may install and use Bidstation on multiple computers. However, you may not reverse engineer, de-compile or disassemble Bidstation or attempt to operate Bidstation with equipment other than that provided by AuctionZoom. You may not lend, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute Bidstation to another organization.
4. Fee increases
AuctionZoom may increase or decrease service fees from time to time. Notice of fee changes shall be provided by email notification to the contact address provided to AuctionZoom by your organization.
5. Money-back guarantee
AuctionZoom warrants that the Bidstation, unless modified by you, will perform substantially in accordance with the user manual documentation. If for any reason the organization is not completely satisfied with Bidstation, we will refund the license fee. If requesting a license fee refund, send the request to use by email: orders@auctionzoom.com. Refunds will not include any shipping fees that may have been paid.
Neither AuctionZoom nor its distributors/affiliates warrant that the performance of the Bidstation will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Bidstation will be error-free, or that defects in the Bidstation will be corrected.
6. Data/information ownership
AuctionZoom products, including Bidstation, are not designed to capture or retain any personal, private or financial information for AuctionZoom use. All personal, private or financial information captured by Bidstation software remains the sole property of your organization, including all rights and responsibilities for holding that personal, private or financial information. Neither AuctionZoom nor its distributors/affiliates can be made liable for any losses as a result of misuse of your organization’s information.
7. Limitation of remedies and liability
The remedies described in this agreement are your exclusive remedies and AuctionZoom’s entire liability. In no event will AuctionZoom or its affiliates be liable to you for any damages, including lost profits, lost benefits, or other incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the use of or inability to use the Bidstation or any breach of warranty. AuctionZoom’s and its affiliates' liability to you for actual damages for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of action, will be limited to the money paid for the Bidstation license that caused the damages or that is the subject matter of, or is directly related to, the cause of action.
8. Support subscription
Annual subscribers will receive email and support at no charge. Support may also include phone and screen sharing sessions, where necessary and at AuctionZoom’s option.
What is not included in the support is consultation and/or training relating to how to run an auction or how to organize an auction event. AuctionZoom has assembled full user manuals, videos and other support and training options to create a self-serve training environment. If additional consultation and/or training, we may provide those services for additional fees or refer you to one of our professional auction partners.
9. Termination
Your organization may terminate this agreement by submitting notice of termination to AuctionZoom in writing at any time via email, fax or mail to these contacts:

Upon termination of this license agreement, all copies of Bidstation software must be destroyed. Equipment provided by AuctionZoom to your organization as part of the Bidstation purchase must be returned to AuctionZoom in a secure package and delivered at your expense.
