We were referred to AuctionZoom by another customer, and I must say that this has been a very simple and enjoyable learning experience. We had a few hiccups, mostly on our end, which were rectified and are preventable with more training and experience on the software. Great software and support! Our major fundraiser has been stream-lined with the use of AuctionZoom software. The nightmare of guest registration, payments, auction management and the checkout process is a thing of the past. All of these processes have been made fool proof. Our regular guests have commented on the ease of their experience. No lines, no confusion!

Every spring our organization hosts a large outdoor fundraising event on a remote ranch. We typically have around 900 guests and the event is held in a tent. There is no internet access at the site and lighting and power connections are limited.

I approached AuctionZoom because we were looking for an innovative way to approach the checkout process during our event. Checkout has been a major stumbling block for us due to the number of guests and the over 150 auction items available for bidding in the live and silent auctions.

After a few years watching the chaos of auction checkout, I was ready for a new solution. Thankfully, I found BidStation/Paystation. I was a bit concerned because we purchased the program with our auction only one week away. However, the program was easy to use. Once the auction day arrived, there were no hiccups and things went very smoothly. I am happy we were able to deliver a seamless experience for our attendees.

After using a failed program the past 2 years at our Skeet Shoot charity fundraiser, we decided to use Bidstation to make for a more professional and streamlined check-out and purchase process the day of our event. I am SO impressed with the Bidstation and PayStation software. We have over 500 guests at our annual Gala, and the software worked perfectly! It’s amazing what the software does on the day of the event. Things went very smooth Saturday. We learn from every auction and then implement changes and the next auction goes better and better!!!

Also, with some of the tutorials I grow more and more confident with backups and restores. The software is very forgiving and it gets easier and easier to manipulate the data. This go around using the Excel spreadsheets was just dreamy!! So easy to make changes and then just import and VOILA!!!

We’re verifying purchases against invoices and I should be able to close out the auction today. The anxiety levels are so much lower than in years past.

Youth On Their Own (YOTO) held a fundraising event and silent auction during which we utilized AuctionZoom’s programs PayStation and BidStation. We were pleased with the idea that we could cut down lines and provide fast and accurate results for the auctions that go on at our events. Our first time using the auction software was an overall pleasant experience. We had only a few people working the event and we were able to set up database for over 300 attendees and an auction with over 200 items. AuctionZoom streamlined our organization’s live auction and silent auction process and provided an easy way to complete transactions.
