TWO SIMPLE PRICING OPTIONS
The Bidstation system runs on one Windows computer and streamlines the traditional silent/live auction fundraising event with the Bidstation app the integrated Square payments.
Bidstation Flex
$30 annual license fee, plus 1% platform fee for credit card payments.- Bidstation platform fee of 1% for credit card payments
- Low annual license fee, platform fee only applies to credit card payments
- For USD Square accounts only (Canada & Australia coming soon!)
- Requires basic internet connection to capture cards on file and to connect the Bidstation software with the mobile app
- For use with your devices (Android & iOS) and at least ONE Windows PC and printer to run the Bidstation software
- No contracts, minimums or maximums
- No other fees and no hidden fees
- Unlimited events, unlimited auction items, unlimited attendees
- Use on any number of Square compatible devices to create as many check-in/check-out stations as you need
- Galas, golf tournaments, school auctions or any other event types
- Process card payments live or post-event (stored card tokens allow payment processing anytime)
- Email invoices for purchases and payments at the event or after

Bidstation Pricing and license details
When you purchase Bidstation you will be sent a license key and information to help you get started and to get the Bidstation mobile app for your devices.
Bidstation Flex 1%
Low annual license fee of $30.00 plus a 1% platform fee charged when credit card payments are processed. If no card payments are processed, there are no additional fees to use Bidstation Flex. Flex is a great pricing option for smaller events.
Bidstation Flat $399
Flat annual license fee with no added platform fees. The Flat license is valid for one year from date of purchase and allows for unlimited use during that term. Choose the Flat option if you anticipate higher volumes of credit card processing through Bidstation.
