We are a small school and only do one auction a year, we also have a very small staff so there’s not a lot of bandwidth for setting up complicated systems. John at BidStation has gone incredibly above and beyond helping me to make our auction happen with BidStation, and we appreciated him and this platform so much. Here are a few highlights that make this a stand-out option for our school:
- Paper bid-sheets! We’re old-school and we don’t want our guests staring at phones all evening so paper bid sheets for the Silent Auction are perfect
- Check in is so easy. We sell our tickets through our fundraising software, so I just export a list and import it into BidStation, then our check in table can quickly and easily look guests up and check them in on a device
- Credit cards – being able to swipe guests cards and keep them on file to charge at the end of the night is such a game changer for getting auction items paid for and claimed!
- The templates for bid sheets and invoices are fantastic and very easy to use.
