We have been using Bidstation for a few years now for our annual fundraiser. The program is easy to use and fits our needs perfectly. The best part is the customer service. I have had a few minor issues, which were usually user error, but by communicating by phone, all my questions were answered, and my issues were cleared up quickly. It didn’t matter what day I needed it; I always received quick and expert responses. I recommend this product and would suggest it for anyone looking for auction management software, it’s well worth the price!! If I could give 10 stars I would!
