We once again had a successful auction event with "no checkout lines" because of having found your software.
Your service has been impeccable, and the software has been extremely easy to use, bug free and very intuitive. I wouldn’t think of using another solution the next time I have an event to host.

I approached AuctionZoom because we were looking for an innovative way to approach the checkout process during our event. Checkout has been a major stumbling block for us due to the number of guests and the over 150 auction items available for bidding in the live and silent auctions.
AuctionZoom provided a workable and affordable solution for our dilemma. Their software did not require an internet connection and we were able to network several computers together. These capabilities allowed us to streamline our process for the benefit of both our guests and our volunteers.
In addition, by offering our guests the Express Pay option we were able to dramatically decrease the number of guests in line to check out at the end of the night. The results were amazing. People were happy and seemed more open to bidding on items as they know there wasn’t going to be a wait at the end of the night.
I would definitely recommend AuctionZoom to anyone seeking to manage their charity auctions in an organized and professional manner.
It’s amazing what the software does on the day of the event. Things went very smooth Saturday. We learn from every auction and then implement changes and the next auction goes better and better!!!

Also, with some of the tutorials I grow more and more confident with backups and restores. The software is very forgiving and it gets easier and easier to manipulate the data. This go around using the Excel spreadsheets was just dreamy!! So easy to make changes and then just import and VOILA!!!
We’re verifying purchases against invoices and I should be able to close out the auction today. The anxiety levels are so much lower than in years past.

As the auction grew to well over 150 items it became so overwhelming to print display sheets & bid sheets as well as to cash guests out at the end of the evening. We purchased BidStation and the execution of our event was flawless! The system is simple to understand and very user friendly. I am able to analyze the success of our event within minutes of it being over and processing credit cards is a snap. BidStation is by far the best application available in the industry and I cannot imagine doing our event without this system.

The BidStation and Paystation systems helped us tremendously with the check-in and check-out procedures (no lines!) as well as processing payments for our silent auction, live auction, paddle raise, raffle, and drink sales. Checkout has been reported to be a frustration every year at our event. Between our live ask, silent auction, and raffle items there are a lot of moving parts. Bid Station and PayStation not only created amazing structure for all of our moving parts, it allowed people to leave the event without checking out which almost eradicated the lines at the end of the evening. The pre-registration of the credit cards helped people to spend more which in turn, increased our numbers. Not only were our guests pleased with the ease of the software, they also were elated knowing that the credit cards were encrypted for their protection.
After the event was over, donation tracking was a breeze. I was able to have numbers for the silent auction, live ask and raffle prizes immediately. This software is also able to function off-line which was perfect for our remote garden location.
Learning the software was seamless as well! Quick tutorials covered every part of the set up process.

With limited access to WiFi at the event space, it was peace of mind knowing we wouldn't need to rely on the internet to make for a successful auction check-out.
The training videos were extremely helpful, and made it so easy to learn the software. We received the best feedback from our over 150 attendees at the event and we raised record amounts from our Live and Silent auction! We were pleased with the idea that we could cut down lines and provide fast and accurate results for the auctions that go on at our events. Our first time using the auction software was an overall pleasant experience. We had only a few people working the event and we were able to set up database for over 300 attendees and an auction with over 200 items. AuctionZoom streamlined our organization’s live auction and silent auction process and provided an easy way to complete transactions. I would definitely recommend BidStation to any organization running a silent auction or raffle as we did. Not only is it a well-developed program database, the customer service is excellent.

The Finer Details is a Vancouver event planning company which specializes in organizing memorable occasions in particular, fundraising events. Our fundraisers often consist of live and silent auctions, balloon bursts and several other different ways to generate revenue for our clients. We were looking for a way to streamline our operations.
