ONE GREAT SYSTEM | TWO OPTIONS FOR PAYMENT PROCESSING
The Bidstation system runs on a Windows computer and uses one of two payment processing options.
1: With Square, iOS or Android devices are used and internet is required for card on file capture.
2: With Bidstation Offline, no internet is required and laptops with card readers are used for capturing cards on file.
Choose the online version with Square if your event has basic internet connectivity available.
Bidstation Flex
$30 annual license fee, plus 1% platform fee for credit card payments.- Bidstation platform fee of 1% for credit card payments

Bidstation Pricing and license details
When you purchase Bidstation you will be sent a license key and information to help you get started and to get the Bidstation mobile app for your devices.
Bidstation Flex 1%
Low annual license fee of $30.00 plus a 1% platform fee charged when credit card payments are processed. If no card payments are processed, there are no additional fees to use Bidstation Flex. Flex is a great pricing option for smaller events.
Bidstation Flat $399
Flat annual license fee with no added platform fees. The Flat license is valid for one year from date of purchase and allows for unlimited use during that term. Choose the Flat option if you anticipate higher volumes of credit card processing through Bidstation.
Bidstation Offline
Syncs with PayStation (included in download) and processes cards with Paysafe any time after the event when you have an internet connection.
About the Bidstation Offline software license
When you purchase Bidstation, you will be sent two card readers that will enable you to use PayStation to take payments once you open the required merchant account with Paysafe. You can download the demo version to try out the software before you purchase. The demo works for up to 20 attendees and 20 items and simulates credit card payments.
Additional card readers can be ordered at the time of purchase for $50 each, or later with a shipping charge.
The Bidstation Offline license is valid for one organization, one location and unlimited events for one year.
